What happens when it doesn't go to plan.
What if the scope was wrong?
That's what week one is for. The PRD is approved before the build starts, and if scoping shows the real job is bigger, you get a revised quote — not a started project.
What if I want changes mid-build?
Small ones are absorbed. Anything outside the PRD gets quoted separately, so the fixed price stays fixed.
What if I'm slow with feedback?
The clock pauses, not the price. Three weeks assumes same-day replies during proofing — we'll tell you exactly when we're waiting on you.
